 White Ribbon Day has come and gone. WRD is an international campaign, initiated by Canadian men in 1991, the year after the massacre of 14 women engineering students at Montreal Polytechnic. Its initiators wanted to take responsibility as men, collectively, to “never commit, condone, or be silent” about male violence again.There have been responses from men who are fed up with the feeling that they are to blame for everything that is wrong in the world. Can’t say as I completely blame them. We are currently in a phase of female anti-male and male anti-female rhetoric, which is loud and antagonistic, and is doing more to get us against each other, than achieving whatever the objectives of their campaign are. This is a pity. It is a pity, because in the general population, it isn’t like that. Most of us are getting along fine, most of us respect and, well, like each other.

Just happened onto your blog today through diverse links and I must say, I’ve added it to my list of blogs to follow. I expect, I’ll become an infrequent, but semi-regular reader. It’s for sure that there’s plenty of stuff here to make smoke emit from my ears.

It’s good to see some of you women are at last beginning to wake up. But then are you?

You concede, “Not all men are pedophiles [sic], and not all men are violent. And it’s about time we stood up and said so.”

How egalitarian and oh-sooo nice and pleasant of you. I’m sure all men everywhere will drop to their knees and thank you for this kind understanding.

But here’s what you SHOULD have written - MOST men are NOT paedophiles and MOST men are NOT violent. And it’s about time we ERRANT WOMEN stood up and said so.

In the meantime the sex-war continues and as you saw on OLO, the ground is definitely beginning to shift. The problem is that women’s attitudes aren’t shifting fast enough.

Men’s disdain for western womanhood is a great deal more serious that most of you women realise.

I get so sick and tired of the mendacity of not only the usual suspects, but those whom we are supposed to trust. No names mentioned. I’m just getting Jack shit of it. I’d like you to understand, but it would require me to compose this post with references, with links and supporting evidence, to maintain a credible argument and to prove my point. Well I just can’t be bothered.

Why can’t you blokes out there start to work it all out for yourselves?

Why do I have to spoon-feed you with “evidence”, links and “roll off the tongue” rants, when all the ef’ing facts are right there, screaming at you, in your ef’ing face, EVERY DAY, EVERY MINUTE and in EVERY news report?

Well, I don’t have to, do I?

And you good folks, you don’t have to read this blog either, do you? - after all, it’s “my black dog” that growls and not yours.

I just wish more of you fellas would wake up and start working things out for yourself. I’m not here to feather my own nest. I’m not here to grandstand. I’m not here to tell you what you should think like some other so-called “angry” commentators do, who try to influence and sell you their own political persuasion. I write this because I can see through the spin and propoganda of the media and spin merchants - including the parasites who appeal to men’s pain for self aggrandisement - but apparently, many of you can’t. I try to enlighten, but there comes a time when some need to exercise their own powers of enlightenment. Eventually the young bird must leave the nest. The child must leave the parents and find its own life. So, go for it. And now read this -

Let me tell you, I’d prefer the woman on the right to teach my kids.

As my mate Angry Harry says, when he sees photos of people, he likes to study their faces. He’s a pyschologist. He knows a lot about people. If he says he likes to study the faces of people in photographs, then you’d better believe it. That’s good advice. Look into the faces of these two women above carefully. You be the judge. You evaluate. Look closely, very closely, into the eyes. The truth of a person’s soul lives in their eyes. A person’s inner being can be seen through the eyes and the face carries the history of its wearer.

Notice the face on the left, carries age, it’s weary and it bears scars. Scars of its soul achieved through battles fought. But it also carries an expression of falseness. Look carefully and you’ll see a smirk that is ingenuine. A smirk of smarminess, of misrepresentation. It is the face of a feminist-Marxist. It displays its pain of battles fought through bearing false witness and struggle - it smiles but by simply looking, one can see that that smile is not genuine. I urge you to look carefully.

Now, notice the face on the right, it carries youth, joy, exuberrance and innocence. The innocence of a young woman who revels in her own humanity and her sexuality as a woman. There isn’t any shame. She’s not afraid of her femininity. She has no worries about power struggles with men. She’s very confident in her own womanhood. There isn’t any pain or weariness. She is pretty, healthy and she’s very womanly. She rejoices in her own femininity, without shame. She carries no baggage or wounds of war, no scars from fighting against patriarchy. She’s a confident woman who is all woman.

Now back to the question - which woman would you prefer to teach your kids?

Well, let me tell you that my choice is the woman on the right. If you want a false society of Marxist state dishonesty, then you’ll choose the one on the left. That’s okay, that’s your choice. I like the simple and honest candour of the face of the woman on the right.

Anyway, so what?

Well, this Maralyn Parker writes a blog about the subject of education in Australia, NSW to be exact, and she espouses no end of vile Marxist bile. I only found her page today and I responded to an article she posted some time ago. However, I don’t believe that the paper will necessarily publish my post, maybe it will - but who cares? - so I’m going to republish it here for your benefit.

I just came across your blog here today and I must tell you, because I’m not as well mannered as your other kind contributors, that your entire blog stinks and oozes with smarmy femo-leftism. And so too does the NSW education system and the Board of Studies. It’s why I pulled my kids out of the system - as best I could - to do home schooling.

As for NSW being the best - “Educationally, NSW is Australia’s top dog” - then I pity the rest of the poor sods. The standard of education my kids was receiving was utterly shocking. And they aren’t stupid kids.

In fact, I’m so stirred up by this failure of service from NSW schools that it has crossed my mind from time to time that I should get some sort of class legal action going to sue them. I know there’s plenty of other parents who feel just the same way.

Anyway, to Mr Donnelly, you keep the pressure up good sir, you’ve got a lot of support out here. It may be too late for my kids - we’ve got a lot of catching up to do - but there’s so many other little Australians still being denied quality education and being held back from achieving their full potential. That’s a serious national shame.

I appreciate that readers from overseas mightn’t get the local political inferrences, but I think that most of you men will be able to identify with the spirit of my post.

Whatever, there’s my black dog exposed about education.

Family First (Aust) seeks support

I read a post on the Dads on the Air forum by someone from the Family First party  (I assume) .

So I responded with the following post -

I read your appeal for votes for the Family First party. Let me tell you that nothing would give me greater pleasure than to promote a party that had a genuine platform of commitment to promote “family” values.

But therein lies the problem.

ALL political parties in Australia have “family-friendly” policies, which they blab on about, but they are all rhetoric. There is never anything specific in their policies, other than promises about handouts, childcare, work/family lifestyle choices, blah, blah, blah. Their family policies are prescriptions to change families to suit that particular party’s social agenda, be it Marxist or capitalist. Hence I’ve become extremely cynical about so-called family-friendly politicians and political parties.

Coming from this jaded and cynical position, I see you people launch onto the scene a few years back. So I go to your website to see what you’re about - and occasionally from time to time - but all I find is more of the same rhetoric. Except for two issues, abortion and child custody, you make no specific statements whatsoever about what you intend to do, no news of proposed legislative changes, no announcement of upcoming Bills, directions of policy, nor any media releases making public comment on family issues in the public eye of any kind. Nothing, zero, diddly-squat.

All I can assume, is that you’re just another party, with some agenda, possibly a Christian faith party, who like the rest, hide behind the shield of a family-friendly face espousing family values, without telling us what they are.

I ask, where is your substance?

If I was ever to get any indication that you were genuine, I am in a position to promulgate your cause. Although of minor influence, I do have a somewhat louder voice than some. I regret, until such time as you can convince me of something concrete, I shall remain cynical of your party’s intent.

If you want votes, you’re going to have to prove yourself to the voters and demonstrate exactly what you’re doing and what you are going to do.

It amazes me that people in political parties are so backward in coming forward to espouse their policies. They just pick a warm fuzzy mantle with a touchy-feely name and then expect everybody to simply trust them to do the right thing. Names like Greens - what’s their family policy? Probably don’t have one. Aust Democrats - what’s their family policy? Probably don’t have one. And so on. They just think that I/ you as voters are so simple we’ll say, “Ooooh, that’s a nice name, I believe in conservation and trees, I’ll vote Green party.”

One day they might wake up to the fact that voters actually think and the reason most parties don’t do well is because they don’t promote their policies, or at best, they tell you a little, but not all. I think this is probably because they’re afraid if they actually tell people the truth about what they’re going to do, they fear they might lose some votes from moderates. But really, all they’re doing is failing the very people that they allege to represent and would vote for them if they motivated people a lot more.

I’m thinking GOP here too folks.

Ho hum. Perhaps one day we might get some politicians with guts and fire. In the meantime we have to put up with the same old mediocre liars.

There is no way that I could do any better than this chap in expressing the point, so I won’t.

But one point I would like to add, is that any thinking man must ask himself this question: What possible motive would all those politicians, business men, the United Nations, left-wing governments, Al Gore and others who believe the utter nonsense about global warming being a product of puny mankind’s misuse of fossil fuels on Earth have to promote such an enormous lie?

And the answer is simple: To wrest control over the use of world energy.

It’s that bleedingly obvious, only a fool would admit to “seeing” the emporer’s new clothes - a beautiful new suit of non-existent “carbon emissions”.

Enough of this selfishness: Time for black men to act like men

She launches a blame and shame attack against men, black Americans in this case, for having sex with women, who become pregnant, then, don’t do the “right thing” and marry them.

She exonerates the women from the responsibility of having sex outside of marriage, getting pregnant and then becoming single mothers, continuing the cycle of social misery that is the hallmark of that lifestyle and lays the responsibility of the entire mess all at the feet of men.  She writes -

Black man, it is time to get married. No more pathetic excuses about not being ready, or not being able to get along, or not having a good enough career.

So I wrote her an email -

Mary,

I haven’t read your works before so I don’t know what your politics are.

But try this for a thought.

Men - black, white, blue and brindle - aren’t marrying for one simple reason. There’s no payback.

Time was, a man got honoured in a marriage. He got respected and had a MORAL duty to support HIS children. But as you point out, “But marriage is no longer a moral issue.”

Exactly.

Now, family law is so scathing on the rights of men that he no longer gets honoured, he no longer gets respected and so he no longer feels a moral duty to support HER children. See the shift? The courts and laws have removed the father from the equation of marriage and replaced him with social security. This wasn’t by accident. Government is the new father figure and a miserable father it makes too.

But it’s simply not attractive for men to marry these days. In the blink of an eye, he can lose everything he lived and worked for, in a divorce. He loses his kids, his wife, his social network, his home, his wealth, his self-esteem, his future and then he often ends up losing his job, his income, takes drugs and alcohol, and may end up taking or losing his own life.

How stupid do you think men are?

Young men are waking up to this and don’t want the responsibilities without the rights and privileges. It’s that simple. And while women put out at the drop of a hat, there’s no motivation for a man to marry. A shotgun used to be a pretty good motivator, but all that’s long gone, replaced by Child Support and women’s rights.

What to do?

Bring back morality. Get the government out of the bedroom and family home. Reform family law so there is equity in marriage and divorce. Stop folks like Oprah promoting divorce and single motherhood.

If women want men back into marriage, they’re going to have to woo them very attentively, stop being Jezebels and having casual sex and start becoming responsible for their own behaviour. Don’t have sex if you don’t want babies. It takes two to make a child, so stop blaming men for the whole mess.

Anyway, thank you for your writing. Let’s hope it might do some good, but I can’t see that blaming and shaming men is going to get you very far in fixing the problem - probably just make it worse.

Britain out of control with DNA records

In the Times today -

The man who developed DNA testing in the 1980s has attacked the spread of data collection by police as “mission creep”.

Absolutely correct. And, he went on -

Professor Jeffreys, who is head of genetics research at Leicester University, said: “Now hundreds of thousands of entirely innocent people are populating that database, people who have come to the police’s attention, for example by being charged with a crime and subsequently released.”

Have people not heard of police “stitching someone up”?

Now they can provide almost irrefutable evidence, a DNA sample to say anyone they care to name - from their DNA database - was present at the scene of a crime or had contact with a thing or person.

And possibly even worse -

He also raised concern that samples could be used for different purposes in the future.

Such a database would certainly have saved Hitler and his Nazis a lot of time rounding up and murdering Jews in WW2.

Anybody who thinks that a DNA database could not be misused or abused by people in power - police or even criminals - now or at any time in the future must be very naive or have an extremely short memory.

But I don’t think DNA databases are going to go away. The problem is, how can the information be safeguarded and what guarantees can the public have that they won’t be misused?

Well, none. And that’s what’s frightening about them.

MP Moodie grandstands on VAW

In Australia there is a state called Victoria. It presently has seen 8 years of Labor Party government and it is, right now, heading towards an election for another term, another 4 years. So, one can expect the usual political grandstanding - nothing unusual about that.

Also not unusual is that the Labor Party - read pro Marxist - champions women’s issues and of course they are extremely supportive of the myth of women’s victimisation and men’s violence against women (VAW). In particular is one MP, Mr Rob Moodie, Health Minister, who rides the women-as-victim gravy train and commiserates with women all the way to the bank. Here’s a link to a story he had published yesterday -

Yes, it’s full of all the usual blame and shame men, for their shocking behaviour - our daily raping of girlfriends, wives and mistresses, then of course after we’ve finished doing that, well we like to bash the stuffing out of them don’t we? Come on fella’s admit it. We all do that day in day out, don’t we? Well, it would seem that Mr Moodie thinks so.

Anyway, cut to the chase, here’s a reprint of my reply to him -

 Now you listen here, Mr Moodie, and that lapdog researcher of yours, yes you know the one, your game is up. Not a day goes by without more and more good men and women waking up to what is going on with the false information put out by state Labor governments about family (domestic) violence (FV) and violence against women.

Oh! What false information? Everything is squeaky clean and can be supported by empirical evidence, I can imagine him saying.

Yes, but you don’t tell the truth about the nature of those statistics. You don’t tell the truth about how your data comes ONLY from police reports where ONLY men are arrested at FV incidents, because Nixon has instructed her Vic Police to do that and ONLY that, even where no evidence of genuine violence exists. Just the “feeling” of fear is all that is required. Even just a raised voice. So, of course the “official” police record will only show female victims and male perpetrators. A man suffering serious violence doesn’t stand a chance. There is no way a man is going to report an attack by a female partner, knowing fully well that HE will be the one arrested and charged, even when he is the victim.

And then you expect us to believe you?

The ABS “Australian Safety Study, 2005″, the very best study of its kind in the world to date that has ever been conducted, PROVES BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that family violence is not a one way street of men bashing women.

Details of ABS survey “physical assault in a home by opposite sex” over a 12 month period shows -

Women (both reported and unreported) 125,100 - 1.6% of adult female population, affects 1 in 61 women.

Men (both reported and unreported) 60,900 - 0.8% of adult male population, affects 1 in 125 men.

This is from the most authoritative survey ever done in the world to date, from the most trustworthy of research establishments and it is both fresh and recent. These figures are the most accurate that exist in the world today. And it doesn’t even take into account abuse/violence against children, who are most at risk from mothers and de-facto partners, not biological fathers.

Now there’s your facts Mr Moodie. The ratio is roughly 2:1, women to men. There is NO “epidemic” of violence against women. Even combined, we’re only talking about 2.4% of the entire Australian adult population. This is hardly a massive problem. In fact it proves that 97.6% of the Australian adult population get along in family situations just fine. So why are you spinning us this rubbish as a national problem?

Do you not read important ABS data Mr Moodie?

Do you believe all the spin you receive from your advocacy researchers Mr Moodie?

Or do you have some other motive for telling the Australian population what amounts to misrepresentation and misinformation?

Why would you tell us such a story?

Come on Mr Moodie, tell the good men and women of Australia, especially Victorians who might vote for you, exactly why you present such a peculiar and twisted picture, which creates division within the community, causes mistrust between the sexes, destroys traditional families and is anything BUT in the best interests of any child.

Do tell us Mr Moodie. We’re all waiting to hear your version of the facts.

How about an article Mr Moodie, before the Vic elections, on this very page, explaining why you have written the unmitigated nonsense that you have just presented here, when the empirical evidence of a quality Commonwealth of Australia research organisation, the Australian Bureau of Stastistics proves that overwhelmingly men are the victims of violence in Australia, not women.

And what are you doing about that Mr Moodie?

I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for an aswer folks.
